Ryan Shaughnessy

Director of Planning

Ryan Shaughnessy is the Director of Planning at Trinity Financial Group. He’s passionate about connecting with people, learning their unique stories, and helping them navigate the path toward their financial and retirement goals.

Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF®) designation.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and their four children Grace, Joss, Jace, and Sage. Whether they’re playing in the backyard or swimming in any body of water they can find. He serves as a Director for CCC Upward Sports, where he volunteers, as well coaches his kids in soccer and football.



Ryan loves cheering on his girls when they’re on the dance stage and he’ll admit, he occasionally needs a tissue when he sees their love and passion shine through.
